All prices are listed in Rupees. Prices and availability of books are subject to change without notice. Kids Learning Pod reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
2.2 Payment Methods
We accept various Cash on Delivery Services. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Shipping Policy
We ship domestically within the Pakistan. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Kids Learning Pod is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
3.2 Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of your order. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for most books. To be eligible for a return, the book must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
4.2 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

All content on the Kids Learning Pod website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Kids Learning Pod or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Pakistan to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services.

Kids Learning Pod reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on our website with the updated date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
