Refund Policy for Kids Learning Pod

At Kids Learning Pod, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and customer-friendly, taking into account various scenarios that may require a refund or exchange. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition. This means the books should be unused, unmarked, and in the same condition that you received them.
  2. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
  3. Return Window: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products or e-books
  • Sale items or clearance merchandise

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@kidslearningpod.com with your order number, details of the product you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and, if deemed eligible, will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Refunds

  1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@kidslearningpod.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@kidslearningpod.com for further instructions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
